상대방의 idea를 칭찬할 때 쓸 수 있는 표현에는 "It' s a good thought." 외에 "That' s a good idea." 와 "What a good idea!" 또는 "That' s an idea!" 가 있다. 예를 들어, "We could hire a car when we get there.- That' s an idea!" 는 "거기 도착해서 차를 빌리면 될 것 같은데. - 그거 좋은 생각인데. " 가 된다.
