100m 등의 단거리 경주를 할 때 출발 신호로 "Ready, set, GO!"란 말을 쓰는 것에서 비롯된 표현입니다. 가장 처음부터란 뜻입니다.

A:Something going on? Everyone seems so unusual.

B:Didn't you hear the news? Ken made a fake document and put a lot of money in his pocket.

A:What? Oh, god….

B:Did you sense he was hiding something? You didn't like him from the word go.

A:I just could tell when I looked into his eyes for the very first time.

B:Is that so? From now on, I'd definitely rely on you about everything.

A:무슨 일 있어? 다들 이상하네.

B:소식 못 들었어? 켄이 가짜 서류를 만들어서 엄청난 돈을 챙겼대.

A:뭐야? 세상에….

B:그가 뭔가 꾸민다는 걸 알았어? 넌 처음부터 그를 싫어했잖아.

A:그냥 처음 눈을 들여다봤을 때 느껴지던걸.

B:그래? 난 이제부터 무슨 일이든 네 의견을 전적으로 따르겠어.
