A:Did you see the minutes of the last board meeting? The bylaws were revised to reflect the company's new mission and vision.

B:The board has developed an ambitious strategic plan. I agree with the new focus.

A:The problem is that the board did not have a quorum when the vote was held.

A:지난번 이사회 회의록 봤어? 회사의 새로운 임무와 이상을 반영하도록 내규가 수정됐어.

B:이사회에서 야심차게 전략적인 계획을 만들어 냈지. 나는 새로 중점 둔 부분에 동의해.
