B:No idea. What is it? Studying hard? Or, loosing weight?

A:Don't be so surprised. He decided to quit smoking.

B:Wow…. That's a big shot. That certainly is a good thing for him. But, do you think that's possible? He's been smoking like a chimney since he became a sophomore.

A:Ya, that's exactly my point. Brian gives up smoking, then pigs may fly!

A:브라이언의 새해 결심이 뭔지 알아?.

B:아니. 뭔데? 공부 열심히 하는 거? 아님 체중을 줄이는 거?

A:너무 놀라지 마. 담배를 끊기로 결심했대.

B:와, 그거 엄청난 시도인데. 담배를 끊으면 분명히 좋을 거야. 그런데 그게 가능할 거라고 생각해? 브라이언은 2학년 때부터 지금까지 담배를 아주 많이 피우고 있어.
