B:I know, but it is important they understand that when it comes to making good business decisions for the company, the buck stops here.

A:I agree. There can only be one boss in any company.

A:사장님께서 노조위원장을 해고한 데 대해 직원들이 매우 당혹해하고 있다고 들었습니다.

B:알아요. 하지만 회사를 위해 사업상 중요한 결정을 내릴 때 모든 결정을 내가 한다는 것을 직원들은 알아야 합니다.

A:맞습니다. 어떤 기업이든 사장님은 단 한 분이니까요.
