■ 전자침의 원리
체표상에서 경혈의 전기저항은 주위의 피부보다 낮다.
신체의 어느 기관이 병인학적 변화가 진행될 때면 언제나, 그 기관의 변화에 상응하는 경락 및 경혈은 변화를 보여주며(예를 들어 귀의 경혈과 같은 혈점에서는 어떤 상대적으로 특이한 병인학적 반응점들을 나타낸다.) 경락점들이 체표상에 나타난다. 반응점들의 전기저항은 정상상태에 있어서 보다 오히려 더 낮기 때문에 저항변화에 민감한 도구로 경혈을 쉽게 찾을 수 있다.
탐색침이 경혈 근처에 가면 ‘삐’소리의 음이 높아지며, 찾았을 경우는 탐색등이 꺼지며 음은 최고의 소리를 내며 실지 들리는 소리는 작아진다. 체표는 계절에 따라, 낮과 밤의 기온차에 따라 ,사람의 피부조건에 따라 (건성피부, 습성피부),신체의 부위에 따라(손바닥과 손등, 일반피부와 겨드랑이 사타구니)습도에 있어 많은 차이가 나기 때문에 경혈탐지에 있어 전기저항을 적절히 조절함으로써 체표의 경혈을 정확히 찾을 수 있다. 경혈점, 귀의 경혈(이혈), 반응점들을 더 정확히 찾았을 때, 더 효과적인 치료결과가 얻어질 수 있을 것이다.
이혈(귀의 경혈)탐지는 진단에 응용될 수 있다.

[INTRODUCTION]
1. The Basic Principle of Electro-Acupuncture
The current scientific researches have demonstrated that rich
nerves and blood vessels are distributed in the subcutis underlying the acupuncture point. Whenever any organ of the body undergoes pathological changes, its corresponding meridian and points show changes, and certain relatively specific pathological reaction points such as auriculo-acupuncture points and meridian points appear on the skin surface. The electrical resistance of reaction points is further lower than in normal conditions.
The reaction points can be readily located by means of an instrument which is sensitive to resistance changes.
- When meridian points, auriculo-acupuncture points and reaction point are more accurately located, more efficient
therapeutical results can be obtained.
- Using the electro-acupuncture, which has been developed in
Korea, you could obtain the satisfactory therapeutical results. The detection of auriculo-acupuncture points may be also applied as an aid to diagnosis.
