A : I have been having trouble with the steering column almost from the day I bought my car, but the dealer kept claiming that everything seemed okay. What shall I do?

B : Send a complaint to the company. Sometimes the pen is mightier than the sword.

A : 차를 구입한 직후부터 자동차 핸들에 이상이 있었는데 판매원은 자꾸 모든 게 괜찮다고 하는 거야. 어떻게 해야 할지 모르겠어.
